We had 5 adults (family) traveling with us and our agent did a great job listening to everyone’s wishes. He tailored the trip perfectly to our live style and brought his experience with Australia in play to select the perfect adventures and to make sure everything would go smooth. Any minor problems we had he was right on it and took care of them. The pre-trip method he used to get us ready was outstanding, as he made sure we knew what to expect and what details we needed to do. He also provided plenty of optional  recommendations that we might like to do on any down time.
