Rick did a tremendous job making sure all of our accommodations and tours were top notch. He is well informed and helped us know what to expect though the webinar.  Lastly, we were in Australia when an earthquake hit in New Zealand and we were to head there.  I was not sure about moving forward but Rick rerouted some of the travel and we were still able to see 95% of what we planned.  He is very experienced and made our changes happen very smoothly.
