“We sent our travel agent, Rick, a list of places in Australia and New Zealand we wanted to visit.  He questioned us about what sorts of things we were interested in seeing and doing on the four-week trip.  We spoke on the phone to be sure he knew precisely what we wanted. He agent came up with an ideal itinerary for us.  It included various stops, hotels, and excursions.  He booked all of our in-country flights, hotels, and activities, including airport transfers.  We were going to be gone on Christmas Day and also New Year’s. Rick was very careful to set an itinerary where hotels, restaurants, and attractions would be open.

We loved everything we did.  Our agent really nailed it as far as our enjoyment of the two countries, and also planned exciursions for us that were perfect. He also built in the down time we had asked for, and also time to be on our own, which we enjoy so we can mingle with local residents. Best of all, Rick was on call during our entire journey.  When one of our excursions was canceled due to weather, he took care of getting the refund for us. The check was waiting when we got home.”
