Choose from two unique dining experiences in the pristine natural environment – the Aboriginal Cultural Experience or the Rainforest Dining Experience while enjoying an award winning menu and inspirational entertainment.
Aboriginal Cultural Exeprience: Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A Flames of the Forest vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to take you to an evening Aboriginal Cultural Experience. Ten minutes from Port Douglas, Flames of the Forest is a world away from the everyday. Showcasing a unique, tropics inspired menu accompanied by a selection of quality beverages and set amidst the candle lit rainforest under a black silk canopy with sparkling chandeliers, Flames of the Forest offers you a distinctly different dining experience entwined with Indigenous culture. The Aboriginal Cultural Experience introduces two local Aboriginal brothers sharing their remarkable culture with you throughout the evening. Their performance, unique to Flames of the Forest and staged within the natural, authentic backdrop of this spiritual culture, features traditional storytelling, didgeridoo and song. Tour concludes at approximately 10:30pm.
Rainforest Dining Experience: Available on Saturdays. A Flames of the Forest vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to begin an evening which will ignite your senses and provide food for the soul. Australia’s only rainforest dining experience, tucked away in a fairy tale pocket of natural beauty, Flames of the Forest is a world away from the everyday. Feel the wonder of this legendary place and transport yourself into a world beyond your imagination so uplifting and relaxing for your soul you will never want to leave. A completely intimate, natural experience set within the candle lit rainforest under a black silk canopy highlighted by sparkling, handmade crystal and bud light chandeliers, Flames of the Forest will leave you with an everlasting memory of the amazing rainforest of Tropical North Queensland. Showcasing a unique, tropics inspired menu and accompanied by a selection of quality Australian beverages, the dinner is accompanied with a solo acoustic guitarist. Tour concludes at approximately 10:00pm.
