Sailaway is a family owned business based in Port Douglas. SAILAWAY is a Lagoon 500 luxury sailing catamaran that takes limited number of guests from Port Douglas to Low Isles on the Great Barrier Reef Australia. Built by Lagoon in Bordeaux France, Sailaway is the first of Lagoon’s new production boats to arrive in Australia. She is also the first large sailing cat to arrive by sea on her own bottom. She takes small group tours to Low Isles and the Great Barrier Reef.

Full Day Low Isles Sailaway
A Low Isles Sailaway coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to Reef Marina Port Douglas, the departure point of your cruise. At 8.15am board your Lagoon 500 sailing catamaran vessel to begin a full day cruise to the Low Isles, a tropical Coral Cay Island on the Great Barrier Reef. Explore the white sandy beaches and coconut palms surrounded by coral gardens and the Coral Sea. The lagoon is alive with fragile corals and marine life, making it the ideal place to snorkel. You may choose to join a guided snorkel tour with a Marine Naturalist, or guided glass bottom boat tours are also on offer. Enjoy a tropical buffet lunch onboard. Your cruise also includes morning and afternoon tea. Cruise concludes at approximately 4.00pm, at which time hotel drop offs will begin.

Sunset Sail
Board your Sailaway vessel at the Reef Marina Port Douglas to begin a Sunset Sail cruise. Relax with a twilight sail onboard the luxury ‘Lagoon 500’ catamaran. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of a tropical sunset over the Coral Sea with spectacular mountain views, and enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne, wine or beer, with a selection of canapes. Cruise concludes at approximately 6.30pm at the Reef Marina.
