Denarau Island is a small private island connected to the main Island of Viti Levu via a causeway and is the largest resort area in Fiji. If you want to be pampered and enjoy the ultimate in relaxation, this is where you want to be. Located less than 6 miles from the Nadi Airport, the area boasts gorgeous beaches, fabulous resorts and restaurants, shopping and an 18-hole championship golf course. Denarau Marina is located here and sea transfers to other Fiji Island groups as well as cruises depart and arrive from the marina. The destination makes a nice 2-3 night stay before or after the Captain Cook Cruise or a stay on one of the islands in the Mamanucas or Yasawas.
