The Camp Estate provides glamorous accommodation options and is set in an easily accessible dramatic rural landscape, yet close to historic Larnach Castle and only a 20 minute drive from Dunedin.
Located just 1650 feet from the Larnach Castle gate, this glamorous Country House is situated on Castle land. The rooms are luxuriously decorated, with particular attention being paid to guest comfort. The house offers five spacious bedrooms decorated in the neo-classic style. Particularly lovely features of these rooms are the fire places and pastoral views of the surrounding countryside.
Guests are invited to dine in one of the Castle dining rooms at night. Bookings will be required by 5pm on the night they wish to dine. Breakfast will be cooked at Camp Estate by the host and there will be a choice of cooked, continental or both.
Also available to Camp Estate guests is the opportunity to explore the Castle and Garden at Larnach Castle. This will be complimentary.
Camp Estate is not suitable for children under the age of 14. If you are travelling with children you may wish to consider rooms at Larnach Castle Lodge.
