Here, the songs of bellbirds, fantails and other New Zealand native birds greet you in the morning. Climbing roses, pretty hedges, shrubs and blossom trees surround this sanctuary where you may choose to take breakfast alfresco. The garden allows private access to your suite. An attractive ensuite adjoins the Sunset room, providing a shower and special non slip tiles under foot.

The large adjoining ensuite is light and spacious with tiled walls, and incorporates a spa/bath, shower and a delightful little picture window depicting The Peppertree design, after which the villa was named.
